What is meant by the term "horse teeth" on a person? Like really long teeth??

big protruding Buck teeth almost like. Note: horses all have an over bite/ might signify receded chin. big teeth/long teeth/ teeth that are really forward and in your face.

About horse lips i dont know what it means: but if you look at a horse its lips are kinda floppy and loose. i wouldent know anymore.
