When you looked at your gift horse's mouth, did it have all it's teeth?

I checked my gift horse to make sure it hadn't swallowed a Trojan. You can never have enough protection. My friends ribbed me for doing this. I had to lubricate its throat to get it too open wide. Why anyone would let a gift horse in the house is Greek to me. I was happy to get the animal. Wooden a horse be great to have? I was going to check the other end of the horse until someone told me that it was fast enough to pass the wind.

Reply:I've never gotten a horse as a gift, even when I really wanted one as a kid. But hopefully it would have all its teeth.
Reply:His breath was so putrid I couldn't look.
